Life has its share of trouble. Relationships get off track. Jobs get overwhelming or even lost. Loved ones get sick or pass away. When can talking help? Sooner is often better than later. I am trained to help you sort through what is contributing to your troubled sleep, your loss of energy, your fatigue. My experience is in working with people who are feeling sad, worried, guilty, angry, overwhelmed, or even hopeless. Let me help you through your troubled times.
From the first session we will work to find a solution to your problem. You can leave with specific actions to take towards relief. Each session can help you find creative ways to solve your problem, not just talk about it.
