Life can be difficult at times…
when can counseling help?

When you can’t sleep or can barely
get out of bed…
When you lose your appetite or
overeat to feel better…
When you feel helpless or hopeless,
sad or empty…
When your work and home life don’t
bring you pleasure anymore…
When you can’t think straight or you
can’t stop thinking…
When your relationships are upsetting
or not working out at all…
When your children are out of control
or in trouble…
When someone you love has left or
passed away…

Life has its share of trouble. Relationships get off track. Jobs get overwhelming or even lost. Loved ones get sick or pass away. When can talking help? Sooner is often better than later. Depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and troubled relationships are all good times to consider speaking with a professional listener. I am trained to help you sort through what is contributing to your troubled sleep, your loss of energy, your fatigue. My experience is in working with people who are feeling sad, worried, guilty, angry, overwhelmed, or even hopeless. Let me help you through your troubled times.

From the first session we will work to find a solution to your problem. You can leave with specific actions to take towards relief. Each session can help you find creative ways to solve your problem, not just talk about it.
